ANTENNA FEEDER NO.3 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Trunk covering (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Trunk side pocket (See TRUNK SIDE POCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  D-pillar trim (See D-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6)  Liftgate upper trim (See D-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the rear passenger's assist handle. (See ASSIST HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Partially peel back the headliner.

Note

•  If the headliner is peeled back excessively, the headliner could become creased. Be careful not to peel back the headliner excessively.

5.  Disconnect the connectors.

6.  Remove clips A, B, C, D, E, and F in the position shown in the figure.

7.  Disconnect the rear washer hose D from the joint pipe C.

8.  Remove the bolt. (with DAB antenna amplifier)

9.  Partially peel the liftgate grommet in the direction of arrow shown in the figure, and remove the liftgate grommet from the inner liftgate grommet.

10.  Using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver, press the inner liftgate grommet tabs A in the directions of arrows (1) and (2) shown in the figure and remove the inner liftgate grommet from the liftgate in the direction of arrow (3).

11.  Remove the bolt. (with DAB antenna amplifier)

12.  Remove the fastener (with DAB antenna amplifier).

13.  Set the DAB antenna amplifier aside in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure. (with DAB antenna amplifier).

14.  Disconnect the rear washer hose D from the rear washer nozzle and remove it.

15.  Remove the antenna feeder No.3.

16.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
