Purpose

•  Informs the driver of the adjustable speed limiter control status.

Function

•  The adjustable speed limiter main indication (white) displays when the speed limiter switch is pressed and the adjustable speed limiter is activated.
•  The adjustable speed limiter set indication (green) displays when a speed has been set.

Construction

•  The adjustable speed limiter main indication (white)/ adjustable speed limiter set indication (green) is built into the instrument cluster.

Operation

1.  When the ignition is switched ON (engine off or on), the instrument cluster receives (1) the adjustable speed limiter main indication (white)/adjustable speed limiter set indication (green) request signal from the PCM via CAN communication.

2.  The instrument cluster displays (2) the adjustable speed limiter main indication (white)/adjustable speed limiter set indication (green) in the multi-information display.
