•  The excessive speed warning sound is activated using the buzzer built into the instrument cluster.

1.  The instrument cluster turns on (1) the transistor if the vehicle speed, according to the speed limit set in the personalization features, exceeds the speed limit of the speed limit sign display signal received from the FSC by 1 km/h {0.6 mph}.

2.  When the transistor turns on, a ground circuit for the buzzer is established and the excessive speed warning sound is activated (2).
