BONNET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Warning

•  Removing the bonnet without supporting it could cause the bonnet to fall and cause serious injury. Always perform the procedure with at least another person to prevent the bonnet from falling.

1.  Loosen bolts A.

2.  Remove bolts B.

3.  Remove the bonnet in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

4.  Remove bolts.

5.  Move the bonnet hinge in the direction of the arrow (1), (2) shown in the figure, and remove it.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

7.  Perform the bonnet adjustment. (See BONNET ADJUSTMENT.)
